How 'bout them bones?
After 65, many of us are at risk for osteoporosis, the common disease that causes bones to become weak, brittle and porous. But don’t buy into the myth that it’s an inevitable part of aging, and don't believe there’s nothing you can do about it.
At our November luncheon, Kristy Basinger, physical therapist and co-owner/director of Gainesville Physical Therapy, will share strategies to prevent and manage osteoporosis and osteopenia. Be ready to get up and learn some exercises that fight thinning bones.
Reservations are required no later than Friday, November 6. Make your reservation by email to [email protected].
