Language of Rhythm: Building Connection Through Drumming This immersive workshop is centered around the heartbeat of the drum: an ancient tool used across cultures to bring people together. Whether you’re new to drumming or have years of experience, this class is about building confidence, learning to communicate through rhythm, and creating something powerful as a group.
Through guided drumming exercises, call-and-response rhythms, and simple movement, you’ll learn how to:
~Build trust and connection within a group
~Strengthen communication without words
~Boost personal confidence and presence
~Experience what it means to lead, and to follow
~Reconnect to your natural rhythm and power
