Langley Christmas Charity Food Drive

Christmas is a time for celebrating, sharing, and caring, and in the spirit of the season, Shoppe on Langley Park has banded together with the Salvation Army to host a charity food drive. This community-centred event aims to feed local families in need at a time of giving.  

Let's come together to spread holiday spirit by donating food, toys and time to those in need this Christmas! Drop in your items and stay a while to help pack Christmas food hampers to bring a little extra joy to those who need it most.

Food donation boxes will be available for donations of non-perishable food items from 14 November - 14 December at Shoppe on Langley Park, 30 Terrace Rd East Perth.

Those that volunteer a portion of their time on hamper packing day, will receive a free lunch prepared by Zambrero and Grubs Casual Dining. 

Christmas carols will performed by Echoes of Ukraine and musicians from the Salvation Army and La Mortazza will be serving up coffee and sweets.

Donations of toys and non-perishable food items will be greatly appreciated. Think Christmas dinner.

Volunteer tasks on Saturday 14 December will be focused on selecting items from the donation tables to make a meal and packing those items into a shopping bag to be distributed to a local family by The Salvation Army.
