It’s the perfect way to begin the day feeling grounded, peaceful, and refreshed. No experience needed—just bring yourself and an open mind.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring an eye-mask if you'd like. 

Please arrive at 10:15 for a 10:30 start. Included with your ticket is a free hot drink for you to enjoy after the session.
