Langdon iris paper folding workshop

Make a beautiful butterfly from old books. Using the technique of iris paper folding you will make a beautiful butterfly picture in the colours of your choice, by recycling book pages. Perfect for beginners, this is a mindful and relaxing craft activity. All materials and equipment provided. 

This workshop will be led by Becky Wash of Retro From Scratch.

Becky Wash is a sustainable crafter - and specialises in recycling old books to teach a variety of paper crafting techniques. She believes everyone has the ability to craft and so her classes are full of encouragement and positivity, so her participants experience a real sense of achievement and are inspired to craft again with their new found skills. 

Langdon Nature Discovery Park features a café, picnic area, and wildlife trails, including the Peter Rabbit nature trail, along with a wildlife gift shop, disabled access, baby-changing facilities, and a large free car park.
