Landsec O2 Centre Masterplan - Quarterly Community Meeting

Following our first kick-off community meeting focusing on the demolition of Homebase back in September, we’re pleased to share the date of our next quarterly meeting, which will be held in January 2025.

Thank you to everyone for their feedback during the last meeting. Since then, we have established a Construction Working Group (CWG) with key representatives of local community groups, organisations and residents’ groups. You can find more information on the CWG here on our Commonplace page. We have also committed to quarterly community meetings that will complement the CWG, where people will be able to meet the team, ask questions and hear an update on the project.

We’ve also listened to feedback received from the previous community meeting on the number of spaces available, and we will be increasing the number of tickets to 55. We will ensure plenty of notice moving forwards so that people can put the date in their diaries and share with their networks. We’ll also be looking into other arrangements, including the use of microphones and larger screens to accommodate attendees.
