Thinking about helping buyers purchase land but not totally sure where to start? This Lunch & Learn is designed to give real estate agents a clearer understanding of what happens between finding a vacant lot and handing over the keys to a finished home.

We’ll cover what to look for before your buyer falls in love with a property, the costs and steps that can come up along the way, and how to help set realistic expectations from day one. You’ll leave with practical knowledge to better guide buyers who are considering building—and hopefully avoid a few expensive surprises along the way.
