The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Lancaster is scheduled to fly past the Lancaster's' Memorial on Sat, 20th September - the 81st Anniversary of the tragic collision of Lancaster's LM167 & LL802.
PLEASE NOTE FLYPAST TIME AMENDED TO 13.45PM
All are invited to watch at the Memorial site. Following the flypast, a short ceremony will take place, including the reading of the Roll, and the Last Post will be played. There will be a refreshment van, and attendees are also welcome to bring their own refreshments or a picnic. Please bring your own chairs, etc., as the memorial is located at the edge of an agricultural field. NOTE THAT ALL TIMINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND THE FLYPAST IS SUBJECT TO WEATHER CONDITIONS AND OPERATIONAL SERVICEABILITY.
