Lancaster Print Crawl 2026

The Print Crawl is a short walk around Lancaster where each participant will build and unveil this year’s artisan poster. YOU MUST RESERVE A BLANK POSTER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CRAWL! You can purchase a poster in advance and show your receipt to pick up your poster the night of the crawl or you can purchase posters the night of the event. We don’t recommend this second option as we often sell out of posters ahead of time! If you purchase a 2026 t-shirt or tank top, you get a free poster to participate in the Crawl! Please note this is a rain or shine event. In case of rain we will have clear sleeves to put your poster in to protect them as you walk around town.
The Print Crawl occurs on the first Friday in September each year from 5-9pm. You will need to pick up your poster at the designated registration table in Ewell Plaza. Registration will open at 4pm, but print shops will open at 5pm. Your poster will come with a map to guide you to the print shops. Follow the map around downtown to each of the print shops to complete your poster. Stops include screen printing, letterpress printing, stamping, laser cutting riso, 3D printing and vinyl sticker graphics. The whole crawl is about 1 mile (one way) walking start to finish.
The event is set up as “pay-what-you-can” ranging from $0-$30 (buy your poster here) with the additional option of donating at FORCEpkg to our fundraisers the night of the event OR through our GoFundMe campaigns. The money generated from poster sales goes towards the event costs to ensure we are able to continue coordinating the Print Crawl each year. We also raise money for one graphic design student at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design (https://gofund.me/d465f14f) and one design/printing student at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology (https://gofund.me/9c06beb2). Donations go directly to whichever school you choose to support.
Photos will be taken by a professional photographer throughout the night and may be used for future marketing.
