Lancashire Mind, Together After Loss Wellbeing and Support Sessions

Lancashire Minds Together After Loss Programme are providing Wellbeing and Support Session to individuals and families who have been through or experienced Baby loss and miscarriage. The sessions have a different activity to help with wellbeing and mental health. Sessions are led by Grace, our Senior Peer Support Coordinator, who brings an understanding through her own lived experience. The sessions are open to anyone living in Lancashire.

Session dates each week are below and will be a different acitvity with some focus on helping us create resources around baby loss:
