The modern, overhead lights will be off for the weekend. Instead, decorated for the holidays, come stop by for an exclusive walk-through of the Greene County Museum, lit only by oil lamps to see the building the way it would have looked 130 years ago. 🎄
Doors will open at 5pm, with guided tours starting in intervals at 5:30pm. Check-in at the main desk, and explore each room while learning the history of the Poorfarm in a way no one has seen before. The back cabin will be opened for detailed local lore and legends/stories by the fireplace, hosted by our friend and author of "Haunted Hills and Hollows" Kevin Paul. 🔥 Head to the tavern and enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and snacks.
Stay even later for a private paranormal investigation of the building! Ghost hunting equipment will be provided.
