About this Event
Hosted by Nadara, Europe’s largest independent power producer of onshore wind and operator of Lambrigg Wind Farm, the event is set to be a day of discovery, creativity, and learning about the environment and renewable energy.

With guided tours, hands-on fun for all ages, and complimentary food and refreshments included, the event will provide an excellent opportunity to explore, learn, and enjoy a family day out together. Free transport to and from the site will be provided on the day.
Taking place on Wednesday, 28 October, the open day features two separate sessions.
- Morning session: 09.00am – 12.30pm
- Afternoon session: 1.00pm – 4.30pm

About Lambrigg Wind Farm
Lambrigg Wind Farm can be seen from Junction 37 of the M6, adjacent to Lambrigg Fell, a grassy moorland just outside of Kendal in Cumbria. The wind farm comprises five wind turbines each rated at 1.3MW with an overall site capacity of 6.5MW. It has been operational since September 2000.
