Class Experience
Indulge in a refined, French-inspired evening in this hands-on cooking class. Learn to prepare perfectly seared Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops with Dijon Jus, then master the art of Potato Gratin Dauphinoise, layered with cream and Gruyère. Round out the meal with Roasted Root Vegetables infused with Rosemary, creating a beautifully balanced and aromatic plate. Guided by expert instruction, you’ll cook, plate, and savor an elegant feast worthy of any holiday celebration or special occasion.

Skills and Techniques:
Herb-Crusting & Roasting Proteins – seasoning and cooking lamb chops to perfection.
Sauce Making – preparing a flavorful Dijon Jus to elevate your entrée.
Gratin Technique – layering and baking potatoes for creamy, golden Dauphinoise.
Vegetable Roasting & Seasoning – enhancing root vegetables with herbs like rosemary.
Plating & Presentation – arranging a visually stunning holiday plate with balanced components.
Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes – 2 hours
Price is per person, and unfortunately, Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple adults for a single class. So, if you would like to register another adult for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat. Or you can have your guest(s) create an account and register themselves separately. We apologize for the inconvenience.
