Lakeland Insight Meditation group offers our Wednesday Dharma Gatherings 6:30 - 7:45 PM at 3140 Troy Ave, Lakeland, Fl.We suggest that students have beginner’s meditation training, please contact Andy at [email protected] for more info.
Each gathering will include a 30 minute meditation period followed by dharma teachings and discussion.
6:15PM – Welcome and Q&A
6:30PM – Meditation
7:00PM – Dharma teaching and discussion
7:45PM – Closing and Q&A
