Swim starts at 8:00 AM.
Swim buoy mandatory.
Bike Starts at 9:00 AM, followed by the run at 10:30 AM.
Parking: If you have a Lake T swim training pass, you can park right at the lake. If not, you will have to park at the commuter lot down the street and ride your bike to the park. The closest address to the commuter lot is 394 N. Main Street, Marlborough, which is right off Route 2.

Please carry appropriate nutrition and money to purchase more if necessary.
Please refrain from using headphones.
Please carry cell phone.
Carry spare tubes, pump or cO2 cartridge, and any necessary tools for on-road repairs.
This is a no drop ride. But please be familiar with the route. Have access to the map, either printed or electronic.
Obey all applicable traffic and safety laws.
Use appropriate hand signals when stopping or turning.
Ride as far to the right as possible leaving enough room to avoid hazards.
Ride single file.
Notify others when vehicles are approaching and of road hazards
