The Lake Norman Woman Wellness Retreat is a half-day experience created for women who need time to pause, reset, and reconnect.Join us on the beautiful shores of Lake Norman at Safe Harbor Peninsula Yacht Club for a morning designed to restore your mind, body, and spirit.
This intimate retreat will include:
• Group yoga and guided movement led by Flow Haven Retreats
• Interactive wellness workshops
• Breakout experiences
• Wellness vendor booths featuring local businesses
• Healthy food and nourishing snacks
• Time to relax, reflect, and connect in a peaceful waterfront setting
This is not a conference or crowded expo.
It is an intentionally designed wellness experience focused on connection, restoration, and personal growth.
To preserve the quality of the experience, attendance is limited to 50 women.
