is a bi-weekly, in-person gathering that welcomes all agents in the Lake Norman area!
The Pitch gives you the opportunity to promote your active and upcoming listings to your fellow real estate agents.
It is an avenue to get your listings sold as a Listing Agent. It's also an opportunity for Buyer's Agents to discover hidden gems for their buyers and investors.
This quick-hitting, very structured event is intended to get you in and out in 45 minutes so you can get on with your day and sell more real estate.

Lake Norman Pitch empowers agents to:
- Promote new and upcoming listings
- Share price improvements or open houses
- Highlight buyer needs or rental wants
- Invite others to your events
- Discover off-market opportunities
- Build relationships and referrals
- Be part of a vibrant community supporting real estate professionals
But you do NOT need to have an active listing to attend. Each session also features great educational information, guest speakers, networking opportunities, and fun raffles.
We hold pitch sessions every other Wednesday, rotating between Cornelius, Mooresville, and a special "on location" venue.
And don't worry, ALL Listing and Buyer's Agents in the Lake Norman area are welcome at all locations! Our goal is to help you spread the word about your listings to the largest audience possible.

Who Can Attend?
Lake Norman Pitch welcomes ALL Listing and Buyer's Agents throughout the North Carolina area.
You do NOT need to have an active listing to attend. Just come ready to take your business to the next level!

Feature Your Listing
Agents who would like to present their listing at the pitch session should submit the listing by 5:00 PM the day before the session using this form: Feature My Listing
We will include photos of your listing in the slide presentation at the pitch, and you will have 90 seconds to promote it to your fellow agents.
Please note that due to time constraints, there is a limit of 2 listings per agent per pitch session.
We do require you or a representative to be there in person to pitch your listing.
