The Lake Nona Triathlon is a thrilling point-to-point race, starting at the scenic Nona Adventure Park, where the action begins with a refreshing swim in the pristine lake water. The bike route will take participants through the heart of Lake Nona, offering breathtaking views and a blend of urban and natural scenery, as they descend on their next transition area at Boxi Park. The atmosphere at Boxi Park will be electric, with friends, family, and fans eagerly awaiting the athletes' arrival. Here, participants transition from biking to the final challenge the 5K run.
Post-race festivities at Boxi Park include free beer for all participants and access to the Park's food containers. The entertainment lineup ensures a festive atmosphere, with music, games, and activities for all ages, making it a perfect day out for families and friends!
All participants will receive a custom tech shirt and finisher's medal. Awards will be given to the top three Overall Males & Females, Male & Female Masters, and top three males & females in 5-year increments.

FAQ's:
Where does the race start and finish? The race starts at Nona Adventure Park. T1 will be located at Heroes Park next to the Adventure Park. The race finishes at Boxi Park. T2 will be located in the parking lot adjacent Boxi Park.
When is packet pickup? Saturday- August 23rd from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Nona Adventure Park. Sunday- August 24th from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM at Boxi Park (RACE 1)
When can I drop off my bike and gear? Saturday from 3:00 PM- 7:00 PM at Nona Adventure Park. Sunday from 5:30 AM-7:15 AM at Nona Adventure Park
Is bike check-in on Saturday Mandatory? No, it is not mandatory. However, it is highly recommended due to the point-to-point nature of the event. Overnight security will be provided for T1
Where is the parking? Parking is available at the parking garage at Lake Nona Town Center (Boxi Park). Limited parking will be available at T1.

Are shuttles available? What times do the shuttles run? Yes, shuttles will be available on race morning starting at 5:45 AM. The shuttle will take participants to T1 from Lake Nona Town Cener (Boxi Park).

Are there gear bags for T1 & T2? Yes, you will be provided 2 gear bags for your bike and run gear.

What is the race day procedure for picking up my packet and dropping my bike at T1? If you are unable to drop off your bike on Saturday, you have a few options:
Option 1: Park in the Lake Nona Town Center garage. Pick up your packet and gear bags at Boxi Park. Drop your run gear bag at T2. Ride your bike 1.4 miles to T1. Drop your bike gear bag at T1. Don't forget your swim goggles.
Option 2: Pick up your packet at Boxi Park, drive to T1, and drop off your gear and bike. Return to Lake Nona Town Center garage to park. Drop off your T2 gear and catch the shuttle to T1. Get ready to race!
