What Makes Lake Murray Special?
With underwater visibility often reaching 30 to 60 feet, Lake Murray is a favorite destination for divers, snorkelers, and paddlers alike. Beneath your board you'll find submerged limestone shelves, schools of fish, dramatic drop-offs, and water so clear your paddleboard seems to float in midair.
Our route takes us through a protected no-wake cove where calm conditions make this event ideal for beginners, families, and first-time paddlers.

This adventure is built around flexibility.
Using our updated seasonal treasure map, paddlers can:
🏝️ Explore a small island tucked inside the cove
🤿 Snorkel the shoreline and underwater rock formations
🐟 Search for fish, shells, and underwater features
☀️ Relax on sandy beaches and limestone outcroppings
🚣 Paddle farther toward the tower area for expanded lake views

The Grotto Lunch Stop
Midway through the excursion, we'll regroup in one of the clearest and most beautiful sections of the lake.
Surrounded by limestone walls and calm blue-green water, our natural grotto serves as the perfect floating lunch destination. Here we'll enjoy a catered lunch, relax, swap stories, and soak in the scenery before continuing our exploration.
VIP participants can enjoy party floats, dive games, water games and additional floating VIP lounge space while everyone enjoys one of Lake Murray's most picturesque locations.
Beginner Friendly
New to paddleboarding?
Perfect.
This is one of the most beginner-friendly excursions we offer. The protected cove, calm water, and flexible route make it easy for first-timers to build confidence while enjoying an unforgettable day on the water.
Families, casual paddlers, and experienced adventurers are all welcome.
