Lake Michigan Movement Retreat

This is our OG retreat. We atarted it 5 years ago and have always loved Michigan in October.

October 16-20, 2025

This 5-day (Thurs night to Mon morning) lakeside retreat will relax, reset and restart the mind and body. Using physical therapy-based yoga, each day your body will form new connections with the mind to help you understand why you move a certain way. Movement flows will be for both beginner and advanced students alike.

Vegan/ non-vegan meals will be provided for breakfast and dinner, with lunch snacks you can grab on your own time. Excursions are optional. Saturdays there is typically a farmer's market most people visit. On certain days, educational workshops will be provided to dive deeper into body specifics that are not covered in class.

Private accommodations: $850, $950, $1600

Queen bed in a private room is $850. King Bed is $950. Option to share with a friend for $1600.

Shared accommodations: $750

This is a shared room that can hold up to 4 people.
