The purpose of this event is to raise scholarship money for Top Teens aspiring to further their academic achievements beyond high school. Each Teen is asked to participate by selling ads for scholarships.
In addition, all Lake Houston Top Teens participating in the Blue and Silver Winter Ball will receive 50% of the ads, patron or cash donations raised for college funds. Each year, the money raised will be placed in a special account for the Top Teen participating in the sale of ads, patron, or cash donations. These funds will be awarded to the Teens upon high school graduation.
The highlight of the ball will be the presentation of Lake Houston’s 2024-2025 Mr. and Miss Top Teen. We will also showcase our 2025 graduating seniors at the ball as well as other Teens in our chapter.
