To help raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and the challenges faced by dementia caregivers, we’re hosting a FREE full-day conference at the Courtyard by Marriott Lake George, conveniently located on Canada Street.
This event is designed specifically for family caregivers and will feature a variety of presentations, workshops, and panel discussions focused on providing support, resources, and connection.
Conference Topics Include:
