Mothers, mark your calendars for the Lake Aurora Mother Daughter Retreat on
October 2-3, 2026.
The cost is $78/adult and $53/child ages 5-17 (reduced rate for 5 and under)
$60 holds your space.
There is a sign-up in the Gatheria so we know who's planning on going so we can bunk together.

Here's an idea of what to expect during your Lakeside Retreat:
Friday
4:00 pm - Waterfront open for boating
4:30 pm - Check-in begins & family unit photos
6:00 pm - Dinner followed by evening outdoor camp activities, including campfire with s'mores
11:00 pm - Lights out
Saturday
8:00 am - Breakfast
After breakfast, you'll enjoy a morning filled with self-choice camp activities, including devotions, boating, target sports, high-rope options (Zipline & Canopy Adventure), pedal carts, fishing, and swimming (weather permitting).
Some activities are available based on age for the high ropes courses.
12:30 pm - Lunch. The program concludes with a short closing program after lunch, followed by an optional additional waterfront Swimming Session until 3 pm.
What to bring:
~Sleeping bag or bed linens (bunk beds)
~Blanket
~Pillow
~Towels
~Toiletries
~Casual attire
~Bible, flashlight, insect repellant, raingear
~This is a camp, so dress is casual. Closed toe shoes needed for some activities. Bring comfortable shoes and a jacket for possible chilly weather.
~Other suggestions: fishing pole, camera, camping chairs.
