Deb Lanning, a newly minted 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, is thrilled to share her unique yoga stylings with others. With a passion for incorporating themes rich in imagery and inspiration, Deb creates a dynamic and engaging practice that resonates deeply with her students. Her classes are designed to inspire and uplift, weaving together the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. Deb’s enthusiastic approach and creative sequences invite practitioners of all levels to explore their practice in a supportive and imaginative environment.
