The menu travels across continents and culinary traditions.
We begin in East with Asia. Flavours including the unmistakable chard given by the Japanese grill. Sharing-style dishes, featuring sushi style 🍣 specialties, red curry soup and soft rolls. Then a brief stop in Italy with our Amatriciana raviolo before arriving in classic French territory with rich sauces, pomme purée 50/50, and other timeless favorites.
