About this Event
Being mentally prepared for a difficult situation is just as important as being physically ready.
Join us for an engaging session on Disaster Psychology, where we’ll explore how people react under stress and how to build resilience before, during, and after a crisis.
Using the FEMA curriculum, along with video examples and real‑world stories, we’ll look at practical ways to understand and manage emotional responses in high‑pressure situations. This session is designed to help you stay grounded, support others, and make clearer decisions when it matters most.
