🚨 LAGER LIFT OFF 2024 🚨Ready to show off your strength? Join us for the 6th Annual Lager Lift Off on November 2nd at Canteen Brewhouse!
Event Details:
🏋️♀️ Format: Athletes have 5 minutes per movement to find their max weight. Load your own weights, and lifts will be spaced for recovery.
🏆 Placings: Determined by the Wilks coefficient, factoring in body weight for “relative” strength.
💵 Entry Fee: $100 by October 8th; $125 after that. Registration closes on October 29th!
🎟 Included: T-shirt, a Lager or Non-Alcoholic Beverage, and a meal.
🎁 Prizes: Engraved beer mugs + the title of Strongest in Albuquerque!
Plus, 15% of proceeds go to Locker 505 Clothing Bank to support local kids in need.
