Pets

They are allowed but please keep them away from the crowded area and avoid littering in the main ground. Kid’s charges will apply no food included

Rooms

In case you wish to stay overnight rooms are available @ Rs.3000+12% gst. Upto 4 persons can be accommodated in a room. Families will be given preference. Food will be at extra cost. Check-in after 2pm Late Checkout next day by 2pm.

Next day Buffet Breakfast ( click ) @ Rs.400/adult Rs.250/kid 9.30am to 11.30am PreBook to get Rs100/person OFF.

Warning

Join us early as we tend to close the doors once we reach our previously decided guest numbers. The entry gates will close by 11pm in any case for all.

Online Purchase of Tickets

# Once you make the payment both of us will receive a confirmation sms with a transaction ID

# Kid tickets will be available ONLY at the venue IN CASH

# Extra tickets will also be available at the venue IN CASH (NO UPI-Wallet-Card)

# On arrival at the resort kindly show that original sms & an original ID of yours to collect your tickets. Printouts are not required

Cancellation

If you do so by 28 December 2023 80% will be refunded back to your bank account in the first week of Jan 2025 after deducting 20% cancellation fee. No refund will be offered for cancellations made after this date. No-show will also be considered as cancellation.

By purchasing the ticket you have agreed to abide by all the terms & conditions related to this event & the venue

Photographs taken at the event will be used for various advertisement purposes in future

Incase of any casualties or damages you will not hold the organizer or the resort

Due to security reasons you will not be allowed to carry luggage into the venue. Body search will be done

No personal fireworks or firearms will be allowed

No personal bonfires can be provided

Groups without lady members will not be allowed entry nor given any refunds

Try to enter the premises as early as possible Re-entry to venue will not be allowed

Entertainment programs will run till 9:30 pm nonstop music will be played after that

Food items without onion & garlic not possible

Dinner will be available from 8pm onwards only one time entry into the dinner area

You will not be allowed to consume food stuff brought from elsewhere

Parking at owner's risk in areas reserved for parking

No valet parking facility will be provided by us

Do not park on the highway under any circumstances as vehicles will be towed away

UPI Wallets Credit-Debit cards will NOT be accepted for anything at the venue

CASH will the only mode of payment at the venue
