Join Us for Lifts, Carries & Cribbing Training!
This practical session will give participants the opportunity to learn and practice safe methods for moving injured survivors and stabilizing heavy objects using basic cribbing techniques. These are valuable skills that can help protect both rescuers and survivors during emergency situations.
During this training, you'll learn:
✅ Proper lifting and carrying techniques
✅ Teamwork and communication during rescues
✅ Basic cribbing and stabilization methods
✅ Safety considerations when moving victims and heavy objects
✅ Hands-on practice with realistic scenarios
Whether you're new to CERT or looking to refresh your skills, this training offers a great opportunity to learn, practice, and build confidence alongside fellow CERT members.

YOU MUST Register no later than 12:00pm, FRIDAY 10/23 – This is the Friday before the meeting . NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes as this will be a hands-on training.
