Volunteers needed for Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness!!!
This is a 100% charity race in Cook Park that raises money and awareness about the life threatening birth defect congenital diaphragmatic hernia.
**This year, we're especially short on volunteers** — both in the lead-up to race day and on race day itself, **Saturday, July 11th, at Cook Park in Tigard, Oregon.**
Here's some areas we could use a hand:
* **Pre-race prep** – help with setup, packet stuffing, and logistics in the days leading up to the event
* **Course direction** – guide runners along the route and keep everyone safe and on track
* **Kids' race volunteers** – cheer on our youngest runners and help the kids' race run smoothly
* **Food area** – help set up, serve, and keep the post-race food table running
No experience necessary — just a willingness to pitch in and be part of the energy that makes Ladybug Run special!
