Join the Arts Council of Scotland County as we celebrate Black History Month with a performance of "Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill". This play features the stories and songs of Billie Holiday and will be performed two nights, Fri., Feb. 20 and Sat., Feb. 21 both nights at 7pm. Tickets will be available at the door or visit our ticket link to reserve your seat at this Tony Award winning play.
