Ladies’ Wellbeing Walk at Delamere Forest

Hello ladies 💗

This is a gentle wellbeing walk designed to bring like minded women together to slow down, connect, reset and enjoy everything nature has to offer.

We’ll take a relaxed walk around Delamere Forest, with space to breathe, chat, unwind and reconnect with ourselves away from the busyness of everyday life. There will also be some gentle mindfulness practices throughout the walk, all of which are completely optional and relaxed.

So many of us spend the majority of our time stuck in our heads, constantly thinking, rushing and pushing through life, often disconnected from our bodies and what we’re actually needing.

Our bodies hold so much wisdom and intelligence, yet so often we override the signals, push past exhaustion and ignore what our mind and body may be trying to communicate to us.

This walk is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect and become more present with ourselves, whilst gently supporting our overall wellbeing through nature, movement, mindfulness and connection.

This is a calm, safe and supportive space with no pressure or expectations just an opportunity to meet other like minded women, enjoy each other’s company and take some time out for yourself.

A little about me I’m Suzanne, a wellbeing coach and meditation teacher with a passion for emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, somatic work, nature and creating grounded, supportive spaces for women.

We’ll finish off by heading to the café afterwards for an optional hot or cold drink, snack and chat together.

🌿 Please wear comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. You may also wish to bring some water along with you to stay hydrated. The café also has drinks and refreshments available before and afterwards if needed.

There is plenty of parking on site. Please note parking charges do apply at Delamere Forest car park.
