Ladies' Self Defense Class

Ladies ages 12 and older are invited to join us for an afternoon to discuss situational awareness and practice self defense techniques.
This training costs $20 per person, and will take us around 90 minutes from start to finish. Please text Sensei Mooney at 419-721-8925 to reserve your space, as we can only accommodate 20 attendees for this event. So, get your gals together, and let us know who and how many you are. We only ask that you arrive on time dressed to move your muscles, and bring and bring yourself a bottle of water and a fighting spirit.
