INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 20262 Hour Ladies Self-Defence Course
In celebration and contributing to International Women’s Day 2026, we are running a specialized Self-Defence Training Course for women aged 13 years and over, taking place at the Northwood Village Hall, 364 Newport Road, on Sunday 8th March, Start Time: 2.00pm, End Time: 4.00pm
Our focus here is to empower women, both physically and psychologically, within a single 2-hour training session, teaching skills that will, if needed, serve our signing up participants well for a lifetime.
At Defence Lab, we provide simple, fast & effective defence methods along with strong counter strikes to ward off the most common threats faced by women daily.
