For all my salseras!
I am excited to offer a two hour workshop digging into the technique of follow's body movement and arm/hip styling.
The first hour will be heavily focused on understanding and digging deeper into specific energy paths in the body. Very detail oriented and feed back heavy.
In the second hour, we will take these technical aspects and apply them to a shine combination that can be used on the floor or a training drill at home. We will explore the various rhythms in salsa music and use our movement to bring them to the visual realm.
Consideration will also be given to how to apply these movements in social dancing on1 or on2.
The shine will be on2.
