We are delighted to offer a Ladies Heels Body Movement & Technique Workshop and a Choreography Workshop with Trinity Osorio Schwarz.
Trinity is a passionate dancer with a heart full of love for movement and creativity. With extensive experience in a wide range of dance styles her enthusiasm and guidance will inspire you to embrace your passion for dance and move with confidence.

Heels Body Movement & Technique Workshop 👠✨
1pm -2pm / Open Level
With this new workshop you’ll explore how to unlock your body’s natural flow and adding that extra sabor to your salsa!
Our focus will be on building strong and lasting techniques and adding that extra fierce movement through heels to your dancing !
We’ll break everything down step by step so you feel empowered, balanced, and expressive in your heels.
You’ll learn:
✔️ Chest isolations – create smooth, controlled accents in your upper body
✔️ Hip isolations – add rhythm, power, and sass with every step
✔️ Effortless weight transfers – move confidently while staying grounded in your heels
✔️ Spotting – master clean, sharp turns with grace and control
✔️ Personal styling & flavour – bring out YOUR unique presence and performance quality

Salsa Choreography Workshop ✨

Ready to bring your technique to life? 💃🔥 This workshop is all about taking what we’ve worked on in our body movement & technique workshop and transforming it into a vibrant, fun salsa routine.
We’ll dance through a choreography that’s not only exciting to learn but also helps you grow as a performer. Along the way, we’ll explore:
✔️ Effective and easy ways to understand, retain and apply choreography with confidence
✔️ Experimenting with how to add your own flavour, style, and personality to every move
✔️ Bringing a little extra performing to your dance to truly own your space on the dance floor
