Come join an AWESOME group of ladies for a fun no drop road ride. We will average 14 mph and ride for as long as the sun allows.
About this Event

This year we will be hosting a Thursday night Ladies ride at Goodale's!! We will roll from the shop at 6:00pm for a fun, social no-drop road ride with all of the assistance you need to make you feel comfortable. We will average around 14 mph and ride for as long as the sun allows. Lights and a helmet are required for this ride. Once a month this ride will morph into a ladies clinic at Goodale's Bike Shop covering a variety of cycling specific topics.

Come out and join this awesome group of ladies who can answer all cycling related questions from equipment, maintenance, nutrition and conditioning. We hope to see you there!
