Ladies-only Sunday morning power walk (repeats weekly)!

Who is this event for?

Ladies-only - designed to foster mindfulness, movement and meaningful conversations. The target audience is professional women.

As the pace of the power walk will be brisk and the weather will warm, a basic level of fitness / mobility is required.

Itinerary:

• Meet at 10.15am by the basketball court in Al Maryah Island Family Park. We will leave at 10.30am sharp.
• Set off at a brisk pace and walk approx. 3-4km around Al Maryah Island (estimated to take 45 minutes if the group maintains a brisk pace).
• The walk will terminate on the Promenade just near Cleveland Clinic / Ar Reem Bridge. The Event Organiser will provide detailed directions to enable those who need it to return to Galleria Mall Parking (details below).

What to Bring:

• Comfortable walking shoes / trainers.
• Water bottle.
• Small towel.
