Tonight’s Step Aerobics class was an absolute vibe at 126 bpm — energising, uplifting and full of good feels!
Every move is demonstrated as we go along, and we build the routine gradually so you never feel lost.
With plenty of repetition, your body naturally falls into the rhythm… and before you know it, you’re dancing your way through a workout!
We will always finish with a party track, and tonight we got down to “CANDY” by Cameo — the perfect way to end the session on a high! 🎉
This class is ladies only and is all about:

✨ A workout without even realising you’re working out!
