Ladies Only Beginner Jiu Jitsu – 6-Week ProgramThis Ladies Only 6-Week Beginner Jiu Jitsu Program is designed specifically for women who are brand new to the sport and want a welcoming, supportive environment to learn, grow, and get stronger.
Over six weeks, you’ll learn fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including basic positions, escapes, submissions, and self-defense concepts—no prior experience or athletic background required. Classes are taught at a comfortable pace with an emphasis on technique, confidence, and community.
Program Details:
📅 When: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
⏰ Time: Tues/Thurs - 11:00am OR 6:15pm
Saturdays - 10:00am
📍 Where: Kaiju Jiu Jitsu

👩 Who: Women only, absolute beginners welcome
$125.00 for the entire 6-week program
