Ladies Night Out at the Nurture Yoga Studio!! - PRIVATE EVENT

Please join us for our last Ladies Night Out for 2025 on December 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Registration will close on December 10 at noon!!

Please note - this is a ladies only event (this includes moms, grandmas, caregivers, aunts, female guardians, etc.) for a child/adult child with a disability. There will be NO babysitting available).

There will be some conversation and refreshments and then some gentle Yoga (optional) and then finish with more conversation and refreshments. If you are participating in Yoga, please wear comfortable clothes and fill out this waiver ahead of time here . If you have attended this event before and filled out a waiver, you don't need to fill it out again!

There will be some yoga mats available, but if you have your own, please feel free to bring it!
