‼️ Per Lancaster City, temporary licensing has been obtained for this event with tattooing outside of a licensed facility. Tattoo artists have been working with the Health Department around this event. Tattoos will be in a non-food area since it’s a huge building. Specific handwashing sinks will be brought into the room where tattoos are taking place so there’s no cross contamination. Proper containers / disposal of sharps are always present. @jess_tat2 can assist with any further questions.
