Currently 10% of our members (and almost four of our instructors!) are in the 40+ club: and many of them started their Aerial & Pole Fitness journeys in their 40s - or later!
Jess, who has given me permission to let y'all know that she's one of our fabulous instructors in her 40s, wanted to create a space for anyone who may feel like Aerial & Pole Fitness is "not for them" because of their age. She understands that joining a class with people in their 20s can be intimidating for some! Join us for one of these special Ladies' Nights: Flow Over 40 or Flight Over 40 and explore movement, confidence, and FUN with other women.
During our Flow Over 40 workshop, you'll explore movement on the Pole and Chair. Wear anything that you are comfortable moving around in, and feel free to bring heels!
These workshops are $20/non-member or $18/member, and you can get a 2-pack for $35 (or $31.50 if you're a member) if you are interested in attending more than one Ladies' Night with us!
