FUN Ladies night, come and learn a sexy little routine while getting fit, meeting people, gaining confidence and pee yourself laughing (yes wear depends!!) *5.00pm Ladies fun hour - come for some drinks at the bar, and have fun with the ladies before class starts.
6pm Class Starts ❤️ We learn an easy routines with variations for thoes who like to take it easy and more advanced moves for others.
This night is for ALL ages, ALL size, All abilities 😁 Great night out with the girls or come meet some amazing ladies!!! Class is drop-in $10 but rsvp to ensure your place.
