Ladies Night at Goodale's

One of the most nerve-wracking parts of cycling, for many of us, is what to do if you have a mechanical failure while out riding. Please join Tira Denny and Kate Ouellette at Goodale's Bike Shop on April 17th to get down and dirty with bike maintenance and trail/roadside repairs, as well as learning some movements to strengthen our riding.  We will learn to change tires, fix flats, lube chains as well as some tips on preventative maintenance such as chain wear.  

Tira Denny has many cycling accolades to her name including; 2024 Gravel Triple Crown Pro Women’s Champion, 2024 XCM USA Nationals 6th place and 2023 NUE MTB Epic Pro Open Women’s Champion. With the support of Revel Bikes, Tira will be chasing many cycling endeavors in 2025 including the Race Day XC Championship. In addition to racing, Tira has a passion for sharing cycling within the local community.  

Kate Ouellette has been riding with Trek since 2022. Nutrition Coach, MAF Coach, Cyclist, Surfer, Hiker, Climber and outdoor enthusiast, Kate does it all! Winning the TNGA and completing the Trans-am self-supported ride, COVID edition, are just a few accomplishments to her name. This season Kate will be chasing the 2025 RACE Day XC Championship along with many other exciting endeavors.
