MEETUP SCHEDULE:
5:15 PM | Park: Vail Transportation Center - free in the evenings
5:30 PM | Meet: Check in! Meet in the parking lot and break into groups
5:40 PM | Bike/ Run: Ambassador intros and running/biking promptly begin. Out of respect for people's time, we cannot wait for late comers.
7:15 PM | Après Social: We will connect after and get to know one another without all the huffing and puffing of the ride/run.
If you aren't able to make the ride or run, or perhaps you'd rather meet some people after rather than on the hill, please feel free to join us for the Apres Social only! We're a real friendly bunch.
BIKING DETAILS
Ability/Skills: Beginners are welcome, but our rides may not be appropriate for first-timers as our ambassadors are not guides or coaches! But please be familiar with your gear and comfortable on your bike.
Safety & Risk: This event is not professionally guided. You ride at your own risk. We are a no-drop community and never leave anyone behind.
Biking Gear List: Helmet, water, tools, layers, and snacks/ sugar as needed
RUNNING DETAILS
This group is great for those who can hold a comfortable ~12 min/mi pace for ~3-5 miles.
