No TMI here! We’re diving into all things pelvic health, with zero shame and plenty of laughs. Whether you’ve had a baby, have urinary leakage, or just want to feel more confident in your body, this is the conversation you didn’t know you needed.
We will move our bodies a little, learn some new info, and connect over some snacks and drinks!
Bring your curiosity! There are no dumb questions - just real talk, expert insights, and a supportive space to learn and connect.
Who: Any women ages 18+ with questions or curiosity about the pelvic floor
