Ladies in Motion, Strides in Motion walking club, monthly walk

Join us on October 17, 2026 at 8:45 AM (Eastern Daylight Time) for a relaxed and friendly walk at your own pace. We'll meet at Alexander Park West to come together as a group of ladies who are all about moving, wellness, and fitness.

Each month, our walk focuses on a special theme or raises awareness for a cause, making it more than just a stroll—it's a chance to connect and support each other.

Come as you are and enjoy the fresh air with like-minded women. We can't wait to see you there!
