Andrea Kay Alexander is the Founder of The Sanctuary Recovery Living, a women's recovery residence built on the belief that recovery is a practice of rebuilding trust in ourselves through intentional daily living.
As a Certified Recovery Coach, speaker, and recovery professional, Andrea combines lived experience with professional expertise to create intentional environments where women can stabilize, reconnect with themselves, and build lives rooted in awareness, ownership, and choice.
After more than 20 years in corporate leadership, Andrea followed a calling to serve those navigating addiction, trauma, and life's deepest challenges. Her work has evolved into developing The Sanctuary's unique recovery philosophy, where intentional experiences, meaningful agreements, supportive community, and daily practices become powerful tools for lasting transformation.
Andrea believes that intentional actions create awareness, awareness creates access to choice, ownership builds self-trust, and recovery is a practice of remembering who we have always been.
