Casual and fun ladies hour, where you can let go and invite your mind, body and spirit to move! Jennifer will invite and lead you through a flow warming up and reflecting with gentle yoga, stirring up some energy with tai chi, and finally leading into some free feminine flowy movements incorporating belly dance. Then everyone will wind things back down to where it all began and possibly find that nothing feels the same! No experience needed, accommodating for all!
